Our credentials

Four standards we hold ourselves to on every order.

GPhC-registered pharmacy

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council — the statutory regulator for pharmacy in Great Britain. Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Kush Shah (registration #2217091). You can verify both our pharmacy and our pharmacist on the GPhC public register.

MHRA-compliant supply

Prescription medicines are sourced through the regulated UK pharmacy supply chain in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012. Every product carries a batch number and expiry — fully traceable from manufacturer to dispensing label.

Pure Encapsulations standard

Our primary supplement partner follows hypoallergenic formulation standards. Every batch is third-party tested for identity, potency and purity. Manufactured in FDA-registered facilities under cGMP conditions.

UK GDPR & confidentiality

All medical information is handled under UK GDPR and the standard duty of pharmacy confidentiality. Only you and the reviewing pharmacist see your consultation. Data retention follows pharmacy regulation timeframes — typically 7 years.

How we dispense

From your click to your door — in four steps.

Every order goes through the same regulated dispensing workflow.

  1. Step 01

    Order received

    Order or consultation lands in our pharmacy system. For prescription orders, the patient's information is logged in their pharmacy record.

  2. Step 02

    Clinical review

    Our Superintendent Pharmacist (or a delegated registered pharmacist) reviews the consultation for safety, suitability, and clinical appropriateness.

  3. Step 03

    Dispensing & double-check

    The order is dispensed against the patient record, double-checked against the dispensing label, and prepared for plain-outer-packaging dispatch.

  4. Step 04

    Royal Mail Tracked dispatch

    Parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracking link is emailed automatically. Most orders arrive within one working day.
