We dispatch from our UK pharmacy in plain outer packaging. Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
Dispatch times
- Order before 2pm (working days): dispatched same day.
- Order after 2pm or at weekends: dispatched the next working day.
- Prescription orders are dispatched once reviewed by the pharmacy team — typically same day.
Delivery options
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically 1 working day after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically 2 working days after dispatch.
- Free Tracked 24 delivery on orders over £30.
Discreet packaging
Every parcel is shipped in plain outer packaging — no branding, no product names, no medical information visible on the outside.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). International shipping is not available.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@thehormonist.com with your order number and we'll trace it with the courier.
