Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read the policy below before requesting a return — as a registered pharmacy there are limits on what we can accept back.

What you can return

  • Unopened, sealed supplements within 30 days of delivery.
  • Faulty or damaged items at any reasonable time — please send a photo when you contact us.
  • Wrong item received — we'll arrange a replacement and a free return.

What we cannot accept back

For patient safety and pharmacy regulation reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Prescription-only medicines, even if unopened.
  • Supplements that have been opened or where the safety seal is broken.
  • Items not bought from us (including grey-market Pure Encapsulations products).

How to request a return

  1. Email us at support@thehormonist.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within one working day with a returns address and any further instructions.
  3. Send the item back tracked (we recommend Royal Mail Tracked 24). Cost of return is yours unless the item is faulty or wrongly dispatched.
  4. Once we receive it, we'll process a refund within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds reach your card within 5–10 working days of us processing the return, depending on your bank.
