These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Hormonist (thehormonist.co.uk) and any orders placed through us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. About us

The Hormonist is a UK-registered online pharmacy operating under the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC #2217091). Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Kush Shah. You can reach us at support@thehormonist.com or 0203 988 0069.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to order from us.
  • You must provide accurate medical information when ordering prescription medicines.
  • You must not resell our products outside of personal use.

3. Orders and consultations

For prescription medicines we operate a clinician-reviewed online consultation. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued; our pharmacy team will only dispense where it is clinically appropriate. We may decline or refund an order.

4. Pricing, payment and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP. Where VAT applies it is included in the displayed price (placeholder — confirm VAT treatment before launch). Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept all major cards via our payment processor.

5. Delivery

6. Returns and refunds

See our Returns Policy for the conditions under which we accept returns. As a registered pharmacy we cannot accept returns of dispensed medicines for safety reasons unless the product is faulty.

7. Our liability
